Upon receiving the call from Jonathan “Joy” Tumulak, Capitol’s Traffic management focal person of what happened to our neighboring LGU – Naga City last September 20, Thursday, our Mayor Lakambini “Neneth” Reluya ordered the deployment of our municipal disaster and risk reduction (MDRR) team and our Rescuers of Emergencies and Disasters (REDS) headed by San Fernando’s LnB President, Ricardo Reluya to help in the assessment, search and rescue operations of the landslide victims in Brgy.
